WhatChimp API ke through Bot Postback List hasil karein

Sabhi bot flow postback IDs retrieve karein — Quick Reply buttons ko bot flows ke saath bind karne ke liye zaroori.

Apne WhatsApp bot flows me configured sabhi bot postback actions ki list retrieve karein. Postbacks wo triggers hain jo interactive buttons, Quick Reply templates, aur menu options ko specific bot flows se connect karte hain.

Shuru karne se pehle: Ensure karein ki aapke paas aapki API key aur phone number ID hai. Setup instructions ke liye Getting Started with WhatChimp Developer API dekhein.

Postbacks kya hain?

WhatChimp me aap jo bhi bot flow create karte hain uska ek postback ID hota hai — ek unique identifier jo us specific flow ko trigger karta hai. Postbacks use hote hain jab:

  • Aap template messages par Quick Reply buttons ko bot flows ke saath bind karte hain (dekhein Send Template Messages with Quick Reply Buttons)
  • Aap apne khud ke system se bot flows ko programmatically trigger karte hain
  • Aap interactive menu buttons ko specific responses ke saath map karte hain

Quick Reply Templates ke saath Postbacks use karna

Is endpoint ka sabse common use case Quick Reply buttons ko bot flows ke saath bind karna hai jab aap template messages API ke through bhejte hain.

Flow:

  1. GET /whatsapp/get/post-back-list call karein sabhi available postback IDs hasil karne ke liye
  2. Wo postback IDs choose karein jo un bot flows se match karte hain jinhe aap har button se trigger karna chahte hain
  3. Unhe JSON array ke roop me template_quick_reply_button_values me pass karein jab template bhejte hain

Pehli postback ID pehle Quick Reply button se map hoti hai, doosri doosre button se, aur isi tarah aage.
