One of the biggest advantages of using WhatChimp is our pricing model. We charge zero markup on WhatsApp API conversation fees — you pay Meta's rates directly, nothing extra.

Most WhatsApp Business Solution Providers (BSPs) add a 20-25% markup on top of Meta's pricing. With WhatChimp, that markup is 0%.

How WhatChimp Pricing Works

Your total cost with WhatChimp includes:

Your WhatChimp subscription plan — Monthly or yearly billing for access to the platform (broadcasting, bots, live chat, integrations, and all features).

WhatsApp API conversation charges — Billed directly by Meta based on the number of conversations you have with customers. These charges appear on your Meta Business Manager payment method, not through WhatChimp.

That's it. No hidden fees, no markup, no surprises.

The Difference: WhatChimp vs. Other BSPs

Most BSPs charge a markup on WhatsApp conversation fees. If Meta charges $0.05 per conversation, they might charge you $0.06 or $0.0625 — adding 20-25% on top.
