WhatChimp's IP Addresses to Whitelist

The outbound IP addresses WhatChimp sends requests from. Add all of them to any external service that only allows whitelisted IPs.

Updated 25 June 2026

Some external services only accept requests from a list of approved (whitelisted) IP addresses. When you connect such a service to WhatChimp, for example an API your bot calls, a webhook receiver, or a provider behind a firewall, you need to add WhatChimp's outbound IP addresses to that service's allowlist. Otherwise its firewall blocks WhatChimp's requests.

When you need this

Whitelist these IPs whenever an external service restricts access by IP and asks "which IP will the requests come from?". Common cases:

  • Your bot's HTTP API node calls an API that only allows whitelisted IPs.
  • A third-party provider, database, or server sits behind a firewall.
  • Any integration where the other side wants to allow only WhatChimp's traffic.

If the other side restricts by IP and WhatChimp is not on its allowlist, your requests are usually dropped silently and time out instead of returning a clear error.

WhatChimp's outbound IP addresses

Add all of the following IP addresses to the external service's allowlist:

  • 167.71.221.251
  • 157.245.195.56
  • 68.183.182.156
  • 128.199.112.238
  • 143.198.194.135

Add every IP, not just one. WhatChimp's requests can go out from any of these servers, so if you allow only one, the connection will work intermittently and fail the rest of the time.

These are WhatChimp's current outbound IPs. We keep this page updated, so check here whenever you need to confirm the list.

After you whitelist them

Once the external service has allowed all of the IPs above, retry your connection (for example, re-run Test & Verify on the HTTP API node). The request should now go through.

If your requests still succeed only sometimes, double-check that every IP in the list above was added, not just one.
