1. Contact via Meta Ads Manager

Even if your issue isn’t related to ads, Ads Manager can be used to contact Meta Support.

Steps:

  1. Go to adsmanager.facebook.com.
  1. In the left-hand menu, click the question mark (?) icon .
  1. Select contact support .
  1. Choose the relevant Business Account or WhatsApp API account linked to your Business Manager.
  1. Fill in the details about your issue (include screenshots if necessary).
