How to manually add individual subscribers in WhatChimp

Manually adding subscribers is useful when you need to add a small number of contacts without preparing a CSV file.

Before importing, set up your custom fields and labels so you can organize subscriber data properly. See Manage Custom Fields and Labels.

How to Add a Subscriber

Go to Subscriber Manager → Options

Click Create Subscriber and fill in the contact details — phone number (with country code), name, and any custom fields you've set up. Click Save.

The subscriber is now added and ready for campaigns. Repeat for each contact you want to add individually.

Tip: If you have more than a handful of contacts to add, use CSV import or Google Sheets import instead — it's much faster for bulk imports.
