Payment Method Error Fix Karna (Code: 131042)

Error Message:

"Message send nahi hua kyunki aapke payment method se related ek ya zyada errors the."

Yeh error tab hota hai jab aapke WhatsApp Business Account se linked payment method mein koi problem ho.

Is Error Ke Common Reasons:

Payment method properly connect nahi hai

WhatChimp ke liye pay karna Meta ke conversation fees ko cover NAHI karta. Aapko Meta WhatsApp Manager ke andar payment method add karna hoga.

Payment method galat WhatsApp Manager mein add ho sakta hai.

Payment method add karne ke baad business details missing hain

Facebook Business Manager verify nahi hai

WhatsApp Manager suspend hai

Solution 1: Check Karein Ki Payment Method Add Hai

1: Payment Settings Open Karein

Jaayein:WhatChimp Payment Methods

Sirf account owner hi is link ko access kar sakte hain.

Sahi Facebook Business Manager choose karein.

2: Apna WhatsApp Business Account Dhoondhe

Billings & Payments ke neeche, Accounts mein jaayein.

WhatsApp Business Accounts par click karein.

WhatsApp Manager dhoondhe jo aapke WhatChimp Business ID se match karta ho.

3: Check Karein Ki Payment Method Add Hai

Agar koi payment method add nahi hai, toh aapko "Add Payment Method" dikhega.

"Add Payment Method" par click karne ke bajaye, teen dots (•••) > View details par click karein.

Agle page par, dono steps complete karna ensure karein:

Add payment info (credit card details)

Verify tax info (Indian users ke liye, GST number enter karein)

Solution 2: Check Karein Ki Facebook Business Manager Verify Hai

Agar payment method set hai lekin messages abhi bhi fail ho rahe hain, toh aapka Facebook Business Manager verify nahi ho sakta.

1: Security Center Open Karein

Jaayein:WhatChimp Security Center

Sahi Facebook Business Manager choose karein.

2: Verification Status Check Karein

Agar aapka business verify hai, toh aapko "Verified" label dikhega.

Agar nahi, toh aapko "Start Verification" button dikhega.

Verification submit karne ke liye steps follow karein aur 24-48 hours wait karein.

Aap kabhi bhi verification status check kar sakte hain WhatChimp Security Center par.
